Just signed into bloglines. (For those of you who aren’t bloggers, bloglines has all the blogs I follow with updates)… there were 679 new posts.  679!!!! That tells me I have fallen really far off the bloggy radar.  I can tell you right now who is to blame.  FACEBOOK.   You know the commercial where the lady said, “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up.”?  Well, that’s how I feel about FB.  I have fallen in and am stuck!  Seriously, I can look at one page and see updates on so many different people from all different groups.  I have friends from High School, Elementary, blogging friends, family, church friends, old friends, new friends, my kids! I love my laptop computer! It’s really great… So if you don’t FB you should.

We’ve been staying busy.  Amanda just got through with mid-terms.  She came out great!  She came home last weekend and yet again car problems!  This time it was a new battery.  I just hope this is it for a little while!  Yikes!  She came to Choctaw yesterday and observed Camilla and Barbara (PT & OT) for a paper for school.  She had a really nice morning.  I am not sure what Iz thought about big sister randomly being at “her” school!  Amanda is celebrating her 2 year anniversary with her boyfriend Lorenzo this weekend.  They are pretty sweet together.  She’s also looking forward to the homecoming game at OU Saturday.

Bailey has been so busy and gone with competitive drama.  He’s having a blast!  I’m glad he’s found something that he likes.  (Don’t tell him but I think maybe the 4 to 1 girl ratio has been part of the enjoyment… sshh).  I’m so fortunate to have my brother Mike living very close to the High School.  They are best buds and Mike makes sure Bailey gets home from drama.

Emelia started basketball this week.  She didn’t play at all last year so she has some work to do.  I hope she enjoys it because she is sure made for it with her height and strength!  She’s currently getting ready for the middle school dance tonight.  She wore her pirate princess to school today (they dressed up). Tonight she is not feeling the pirate princess so she raided the costume boxes and found something else.  She carved six pumpkins Sunday!

Little Iz (well big iz actually) is doing great.  She saw Bear last Friday and we are scheduled to go back tomorrow.  We saw the orthotist (gary) Tuesday for swash adjustments.  He is going to recast her AFO’s.  I really hope we can get something comfortable for her to wear as much as she needs to!  She got to ride on the new toy (can’t remember name) at school yesterday with her friends.  I have been told Barbara took lots of pics so I’ll add them when they come!

My back is well, and I’m so glad.  After being prayed for Sunday morning it stopped hurting completely.  God is good.  Just a reminder that He really does heal and He really does care about everyone.  Even me, even you! Especially YOU  :) !!!!
