There are a lot of online programs available now to pursue degrees in various fields of work. I think some key things to consider when choosing an online program would be the recommendations from past students, cost of the degree program, availability of support while working towards said degree, and reputation of school offering degree program. A degree in organizational development might be a choice for someone wishing to step up into a managerial position or that of a CEO in a company. If you have looked into online degree programs, which would you recommend?
