Since I’ve been doing the one meal a day I have really gotten used to not eating all the time. I am not sure it’s the best way to lose weight or the healthiest, but it works for me. I don’t need appetite suppressants either. I have started having a little protein late morning like a stick of string cheese with a few low fat wheat thins. Just to keep my body from thinking I’m starving it.
