2008 christmas tour of homes

I decided to particpate in the bloggy christmas tour this year.  Not that I have any amazing decor or anything, but just because it’s fun to see everyone’s decorations.  I love seeing how people decorate!  The other day I mentioned how cute my hair girl Jill’s house was decorated and even showed pics I took with my phone!

Here’s a wreath.  It’s new.  I think it’s pretty.

Our stockings, I need a fireplace to hang them on.  Matt’s mom made all of these and they are all special and gorgeous!

The tree.

One of the nativity scenes.  Matt especially likes these.  I do too!

My favorite decor of all!  The kiddos!  This is our Christms card pic this year.

Your decorations are beautiful–love your tree and all the pretty packages under it. Regarding your Christmas picture–WHEN did Emelia grow up??? My goodness woman, she is gorgeous and looks oh-so grown up in that picture. (So does Bailey!)

Looks like you are all ready for the main event on the 25th. I am hoping we can get to my mom’s house on Christmas Eve. Our cold arctic weather may hang around here until the New Year-with more snow coming on Wednesday/Thursday of this week, some more on Sunday and then maybe some on Christmas Day. I can’t remember the last time we had a white Christmas.

I saw on one of your previous posts that you had freezing rain coming your way–my thoughts on that is, “YUCK”! Frankly, freezing rain scares me more than snow and ice! Is is pretty flat where you are? I think our weather wouldn’t be so bad if we didn’t have all the hills!

*smiles and thanks for sharing your home with us*

  6. Beautiful, Annie. All of it. I love your wreath. And I see your mom likes to make the same felt and sequin stockings I make for my family.

I’ve never been able to find an email link on your blog. I’ve wanted to tell you, every time I tried to visit your blog, after trying for more than ten minutes to load, I got kicked completely off line and had to reboot my computer. Every time. I decided to try again today and for the first time in months, it didn’t happen. Must be this fairly new design, which is very adorable by the way. I’m so glad I can come over here again.

Merry Christmas! Your kids are gorgeous – what a nice Christmas photo.

Loved your card, thanks! And got the bookmark too, I read all the time so it’ll get used. I’m sending you a card too but obviously you’ll get it after Christmas! I just didn’t get everything done…..and the computer break down has me all messed up.
