i met penless writer!!!
I had lunch today with Susan (Penless Writer) and her sweet husband Mickey at the Cheesecake Factory!
I cannot say enough about how sweet these two are. Susan and I have been trying to meet for a while now and I was so happy to finally get to meet her. We live in the same state, but about two hours driving distance apart. She and Mickey were in town for some medical tests.
We talked for a long time. I felt like I had known them forever. Susan brought a book about Job that had impacted her life for me to read. I can’t wait to start reading it.
Susan is even better in person than she is on the blogosphere! She is a super special lady, a great woman of faith, and I’m glad she’s my friend.

How awesome that you got to meet in person! I’m so excited that I will get to meet you, too. I didn’t think I’d ever actually do this…blogging started out as sort of a fun, yet distant, thing to do. Now I’m thrilled at the prospect of actually meeting one of my blogging buddies face to face!

We’re going to be in OK in a couple weeks, we might have time to go to OKC (aren’t you there or near there?) but I’m not sure yet. Visiting the inlaws so not sure if we’ll be able to get away or not LOL
