edu links

Wednesday, May 14th, 2008

EduTextLink is a full service provider of edu links, looking for a  edu link?  They currently have 25 plus edu links available and are always expanding their offering. Their pages are built with SEO in mind; they are created and maintained to harvest the authority of the edu domains and divert this power to the pages they are linked to. Any one involved in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) will tell you that the keys to having your website rank well in search engines are Content (“content is king”), Incoming Links (better known as votes) and Search Engine Friendly Sites. Of these three important factors, building incoming links is the trickiest and most time consuming aspect. As you’ve undoubtedly heard, it’s also the single most important thing you can do to improve your rankings. The more inbound links a page has, the more popular it is – and search engines like popular pages. You can buy links at EduTextLink.com!

While it’s true that almost any link from anyone will add something of value to your page popularity, it’s more effective to get links from authoritative pages. Directory examples would include sites like www.Yahoo.com and www.DMOZ.com. Others like www.PBS.org , www.berkeley.edu or http://www.energy.gov would be exceptional authoritative site links from anywhere on the domain or subdomain, since each has been assigned a PageRank of 9. Google & Yahoo tend to value both .edu links and .gov links more highly then traditional .com, .net, .org links. There are several reasons for this. There are far less .edu & .gov websites than .com,.net or .org websites, and you must be a registered educational institution or government agency to get one. Further, the EDU websites tend to be 10 years old and well established, with thousands of incoming links. SEO experts go through an enormous amount of trouble to luck upon just one link from an EDU domain, here you can buy text links many as you want without the work!

mother’s day recap & menu plan monday

Wednesday, May 14th, 2008

Mother’s Day was a good day! It was the second time teaching the junior high girls at church and I was actually really early. The morning went unusually smooth.
Class went really well too.
Before church they had all moms draw a number and then right before service they drew out three numbers. I was really surprised when my number was the third one called. I was given a gift card for Chili’s (it works at on the border and macaroni grill too).
Amanda gave me a candle holder centerpiece and a funny but sweet card… my secret sister at church gave me a really pretty frame and sweet card… and my friend Miki who is vacationing in Mexico left a sweet card for me too. Mom gave all of us pretty plants and Matt’s mom gave me a gift set of Sung perfume and lotion! I loved the things Izzy and Emelia made for me at school.

We came home and I fixed a quick lunch and then took a nap. Too long!
I had to make corn casserole for mom’s… I almost slept too late!

corn casserole…
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn drained
1 pkg jiffy corn bread mix
1 stick of butter
chopped onion (half)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese

saute onions in butter until clear and mix with remaining ingredients saving half the cheese to sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Sprinkle remaining cheese and let melt.

This was really yummy. I take it almost every time we have a get together by request.
It’s not diet food for sure.
There was not one crumb left. Not one!

My brother Mike and his family were there and my oldest brother Jody was there with two of his daughters.

Here’s Emelia with my niece Candace’s baby… and my niece Toni with her hub…

Mom made ham and rolls, chocolate lush and apple dumplings…

My menu…
tonight we’re going to have tacos, because I have three avocados ready to make guac.
tomorrow we’ll have chicken and potatoes. (I’ll be at FLO)
wednesday we’ll have meatless spaghetti and garlic toast (ww) with salad.
thursday I’m going to try the recipe Paula brought…
Friday we’ll probably order pizza or get gyros to go.

I hope you all had a great Mother’s Day. I did!

trusted travels

The wildest experience I have ever had while on vacation was going to Epcot in pouring down rain while in Orlando. There are so many things to do in Orlando! I think we were crazy for going to Epcot knowing it was raining all afternoon, we just didn’t want to waste a single minute of our time in Orlando. It was pouring down rain, picture the rain coming sideways… and we were all drenched. About the time we found a kiosk to buy a ton of really expensive parkas… you guessed it, the rain stopped! And it didn’t rain again until the next afternoon. I figured the pattern out finally. It was really beautiful in Orlando and I loved the tropical plants. I quickly realized it was a perfect environment to grow those beautiful plants and trees. It really ruined our Epcot experience, but I’m still glad we went even with the rain. There were some cool things there and the Nemo ride was pretty much awesome! If you are looking for Trusted Tours and Attractions, you should sign up for this newsletter.
