This is how I make fettucine alfredo…

I take 1 stick of butter and melt, adding pressed garlic, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes.

I add heavy cream and parm cheese to mixture.

Let the cheese melt and I serve it over whole wheat linguine.

    I am trying to eat healthy before we go – so I can look decent in the photos LOL but the minute I’m back, I’m making this.
