What did one oyster say to the other? I’m dangerous when raw!

Do you love to eat oysters? Whether you eat a few or a bunch, they provide low calorie protein and are an excellent source of zinc, B-12, and omega-3. If you eat undercooked or raw oysters and are in a high risk health category (includes cancer, liver disease and diabetes), you can get seriously ill and even die! If you have any of those illnesses you should avoid raw oysters altogether.

Healthy people can pretty much get away with eating Gulf oysters raw or undercooked and not get sick, but there is a huge need to tell people at risk about the potential hazards around eating raw oysters. BE OYSTER AWARE!
