menu plan monday

I’m going to have to hit the store today before I make anything :)

I’m like completely addicted to butter lettuce.

So…salad will be a part of each meal!

Monday I would do the $6 large one topping pizzas at Mazzios… but I’m so over pizza right now!

(I may do it anyway and just eat a salad :) )

We had pizza a few times this weekend… blech!

Tuesday I’ll make a crockpot meatloaf and have baked potatoes & salad!

Wednesday night is church, they are having a sweetheart spaghetti supper to benefit the youth camp this summer. No cooking for me (yea)!

Thursday is Valentines day!!!

I’m going to make steak, potatoes and salad.. along with these!

Friday I hope we go out … but if not we’ll probably grab some subway.

 

Not very creative, not too exciting… but it’s a plan :)

    I don’t think my stores have butter lettuce! I didn’t do a menu, just trying to wing it and cook from my freezer/pantry. I’m probably gonna wish I had a plan later!
