menu plan monday

Jan-28-2008 By mylifeasannie

The menu went great last week… my bean progression worked well like always!   I haven’t shopped for groceries for this week yet!  We had leftover chinese food for lunch today… and subway for dinner.  Yep, I’m a really susie homemaker sometimes.  I love that the 6 inch sub is only 6 points.  I had a few baked chips too.  It was pretty tasty.  Here’s what I’m planning for this week…

Monday:   Chicken Spaghetti      ww garlic bread    salad

Tuesday:     chicken enchiladas   ff refried beans   spanish rice   salad

Wednesday:     Little ceasers…

Thursday:     Steak     baked potatoes    salad    ww rolls

Friday:         sloppy joes    baked chips

  1. Sharon Said,

Great menu! I hope you’re enjoying WW. Have you ever tried the Cola Chicken? The sloppy joes reminded me of that. ;)
    Have a great week!

I’m so glad your menus are working out so well for you! YAY! I made a big fattening roast for Sunday dinner (just for Ty’s benefit, haha!) but I think it was okay, because I didn’t eat large portions, and I had a big salad to fill me up! Then again, I haven’t checked the scale yet today, tee hee! :)

  13. Coach Jenny Said,

Hey, girl! I’m just dropping in to say hi, and that I miss you very much!! :) Season’s almost over and I’ll be back in the blog swing of things. Talked with JennaG this past weekend, and she told me you were doing well with WW. My asst. coach just started that a couple of weeks ago, so I’m asking her how many points is this and that? She just pulls out that book, and looks it up :) Hope you are having a great Monday!

  19. mylifeasannie Said,

Sloppy joes are basically lean ground beef cooked, crumbed with some kind of bbq sauce on them. I usually add a little brown sugar for a touch of sweetness. We have them on buns with mustard and pickles usually.

    Tori, you name the night!

  20. JennaG Said,

Your menu looks great. I really need to try those enchiladas. I have been working on a monthly menu plan that I just use over and over every month. I’m so tired of having to figure it out all the time. I think I have it mostly finished–it’s just a matter of typing it out and tweeking it a little. I don’t get much computer time right now so who knows when I will actually have it finished.
