    I have been modifying what I eat as well. I ‘m working on my fat intake. Well, NOT intaking as much fat. I figure eat fat be fat.

    Do you have the books or is there a website somewhere that tells you how many points you need a day, how much each food is worth and if you do so much exersise you can add more points??
    I did WW about 3 or 4 years ago and lost the weight I wanted to lose(this was before getting PG with Little man) but I want to do it again.. but i can’t find my books and I don’t want to spend the money to join WW to get the books.
