menu plan monday ~ october 1
Can you believe it is October??? ALREADY? The time is zooming by at such a speed I feel like screaming “HEY WAIT FOR ME!!!”
This is a good menu week for me… I am only responsible for Monday & Tuesday! We will be flying to Orlando very early Wednesday morning and will be gone for a whole week! I am taking my laptop with me, but don’t know about what kind of connections I’ll have or if there will be time to check anything but email.
Our plans are to go to Walt Disney World, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, water parks, the ocean… whatever else we can find while we’re there!
I’m praying for and claiming good health this week. There’s just too much fun to be under the weather (cough cough).
Monday I think I’ll make burgers and have baked beans and baked potato chips on the side. I don’t want any leftovers hanging around.
Tuesday will be pizza. How much easier can you get?

FEEL Better – get as much rest and orange juice as you can cause you are gonna LOVE disney – ANIMAL Kingdom is a MUST MUST MUST – If you need somewhere to eat – the rainforest cafe is good too! I can’t wait to hear how much fun y’all are having! It’s going to be GREATTTTT!!!

What a fun vacation! Anything Disney puts a smile on my face. My goal is to have an all disney ornament christmas tree and an all disney magnet fridge…sigh…someday.
