My menu is a little unusual this week… I have been making new things pretty much all week for many weeks now (thanks to MPM). Anyway, I decided this week to let each person choose a meal for Monday through Thursday. We are headed to Dallas for our monthly trip this Friday. We will stay with Matt’s sister Jane Ann. Friday is my mother’s birthday, so we’ll have to celebrate before I leave and then Sunday is Matt’s 40th birthday!!! I can’t believe I’m married to such an old guy :o). I’m just glad that I am so much younger than he is. I was going to have a big surprise party for him because a lot of people thought it would be good to ‘get’ him, but I let it out and he pleaded with me not to. So, it’s his birthday and if he doesn’t want to have a surprise it’s his prerogative, right?
